Draw an offset line, perpendicular line

Available in 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 170 (max for A1 Mini), 200, 250, 300mm sizes.

Starting from 100mm, shoulder is made bigger than the base (see pic.)

Font - bahnschrift semi bold condenced, the best I found for 3d printing.

Even the closest 1mm turns out great.

Model is made in OpenScad. File included. Change variables to suit your needs. BOSL library used, so download it before trying to compile.

Print suggestions:

• Orient, so text is laying down.
• 0.2mm layer height.
• Slow the 1st layer speed down, even if bed adhesion is good. Text makes curved perimeters.
• I would make it all solid for long term use.
• Change filament after the 1st layer, so you get nice and crisp text. It can be done easily even without AMS like system.
