Sensitive Drill Feed mechanisms let you drill really tiny holes using a larger machine that can't hold the little bits. The mechanism is fairly sensitive but adding a handle makes it much more touchy-feely for the really fine stuff. This handle will accept most of the units on the market and it will save you much heartache. :-) This version is designed to attach to a standard drill press with a 2 in. dia quill and a ½ in chuck. The top clamp is made in two pieces so it can be fished around a depth stop screw when installing. Clamp fastens with an M5 x 25mm bolt. All hinge pins are 5mm diameter dowel pins; if needed use shaft collars to hold them in place. 

Disk Capture Plate attaches to Disk Adapter to hold the knurled guide in place. Install 4: M3 Heat-set inserts in the corners and use socket head cap screws that are long enough to grip the Disk and keep it from spinning in the Adapter.

Disk Adapter can be attached to Frame with SHCS but it's better to use a pair of shoulder bolts.
