Made a trophy for a annual disc golf tournament.
Design comments:
- Our group has a special disc that served as the trophy until now, so it was incorporated into the new design.
- The trophy is designed to be a traveling trophy. The nameplate and mini-trophy are interchangeable, so you don't need to print the entire thing for each new tournament.
- The base has a cavity where you can add weight for both stability and to give the trophy a more substantial feel. For the prototype, I used rice in a plastic bag.
- The parts are designed with some tapering to allow for a secure press-fit assembly.

Print settings:
- 0.28 mm layer height - Extra draft @BBL P1P profile
- 2 walls
- 5 % infill
- Enable support for the trophy

- Base - eSUN PLA+ 1.75mm - Brown
- Trophy and nameplate - eSUN PLA-Silk 1.75mm - Gold
