This is a eGPU enclosure assembled with a lot of screws and heat inserts.
The electronic I am using is a K45SG directly connecting to the m2.nvme slot of a minipc (minisforum um790 pro). I have a ATX modular PSU to limit the amount of cables inside (corsair rm850e) and a dual fan gpu (asus dual radeon rx7700 xt OC edition)
My goal was to keep my desk clean for cheaper than buying the enclosures/rackets. The box is about 8 time bigger than the minipc :)
All 6 faces are printed individually. This allowed for adapting each face sequentially.
I printed most of the model with black ABS, (reform rtitan) to be safe with temperature. The fan grid are in red PLA (esun). I am using a ratrig vcore 400 for printing.
The fan covers are made by merging the design (e.g. “FanGrid 97mm”) to the “Fan Grid Clip” while printing. The wolf model cannot be included in the model.
I also took a lot of inspiration from “https://www.printables.com/model/670698-oculink-egpu-enclosure” but this mode is not a remix.
There is no active cooling beyond the PSU and the GPU fans. I am using this enclosure since one year without issues. I pondered
