Summary
This is a replacement for the metal clip that fits over the plastic expansion clip which holds the rotating side brushes in place. There is a small screw that should be screwed in after slipping this replacement part over the square-ish plastic piece in the center of the mount that secures the side brush. I will post some photos to make this easier to understand.
If you pull on something, like hair, caught in the side brush, it is easy to cause this clip to pop off and you may not realize that it is missing until your side brush starts falling off. At least that is what happened to me. I was not able to obtain a replacement after talking to Ecovacs customer support so I made my own. I have the N79 and it has worked for a month so far. This may or may not fit other Ecovacs robot sweeper models.
The file has 4 clips because they are so small that it prints better as a group that you can then cut apart.

How I Designed This
This is not really how I designed it. It was pretty easy in Tinkercad. What was required was a good caliper to measure the dimensions. I did have to guess at the shape of the tips and the rounded portions at the midpoints on the sides, but I guess it was close enough, because it works well.
