Everyone has lots of ball caps around!
Put them to good use, plus its the most comfortable headband I've seen.
I made this design simple and easy to print, only takes about 50 mins to print one. you can print 4 at once on the I3.

I made this design simple and easy to print, only takes about 50 mins to print one. you can print 4 at once on the I3.I know from printing many of the Prusa covid RC2/RC3 facemasks, that the PETG visor plastic is in very high demand. i was able to get a hold of some clear 8 1/2 x 11 projector sheets. I put them into a regular 3 hole punch and they should work great with this design. put the center hole in first and bend the frame slightly to get the other holes to align.
