Simple camera table dolly made for DJI Osmo pocket, but can be used for any small camera.

and to hold it in place, you can use any 1/4 screw or print for example this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2853374/files as I did
As wheels I used four (at the time of uploading I only had three) standard 608 skateboard bearings.
