Being fed up of the polycard door donking me on me 'TeT' while I grapple with that bed adjusters or the likes - here is my solution.

You will need to replace the 3x16mm Alen Bolt with a 3x20mm to secure the latch arm to the top cover.

If you need the longer bolt an the one which goes though the keep, drop me a message and i'll send you them in the post for a quid.

The Fixing can be made directly on the bed without a raft, but the latch is probably best made with a raft.
