i only printed mine on an Ender 3 with 0,6mm nozzle at 0,44mm layer height in vase mode with 0 top and 3 bottom layers, but you can go with just two layers i think (aaaand with archimedean chords top/bot layers pattern for cool effect) with Prusament PETG Clear (wouldnt recommend other types of materials as PETG layer adhesion and durability couldnt be replaced in this model when printed as intended)

i guess you wont get the best fit for your battery at first, but it takes just approx. 1,5 meters (4 grams) of filament and 15 minutes to print this, so try one and adjust the size of the model in your slicer by few percent +/- to get a snug fit of the cell in the bottom sleeve and then the top cover on it.
