Adding a Hotend support for the Nova V1.2 from 3D Passion.
This is compatible with Hypercube Ngen V2 X Carriage and the hotswap system
It features 2x 5010 fan blower for a maximum cooling capacity at highspeed.
The fixation of the hotend is done by the 2x M2 screw on top of the heatsink. a PTFE connector PC4-M6 is completing the assembly for a bowden system.
Careful on the DB15 pins : Depending on the manufacturer, it seems to take 3-5amps per pin. I am using a 24V 70W cartridge so around 3amps and no issue.
Tested and working, but might need some improvement

Fan blower
Fan blower might be a bit tricky to print. good overhang capability required.
Also you will have to cut the clip protuding on fan blower, clasing with the 3d printed duct pipe.Model Kaynağı
