A simple retro-looking case for "4 inch CRT display" offered on Aliexpress. I've added a picture of the CRT guts to let you know. This device is ridiculously cheap and displays only in monochrome composite video signal.
The main body consists of two parts since it was few millimeters too large to print on my printer.
My version has three slider potentiometers on the separate PCB but one of sliders does nothing - they just cut off the cable. Other two that do something are for brightness and contrast settings.
Three round knobs on the case under the screen do nothing, I've added it just to fill empty space and give it some decorative elements.
I've added color foil in front of the screen so it looks more retro.
