Instead of buying a counterweight for $10-20 on a site like B&H I decided to just use a 1/4x20 screw and ten washers from Home Depot. It worked but was didn't look very professional. So I made an enclosure that holds the washers snugly.

Supplies:
10x 1/4 in. x 1-1/4 in.Fender Washers (AJC at Home Depot)
1x 1/4 in. x 20x1" Round Head Screw

In your slicer just have the print pause just before it covers up the hole with the top. Then place the washers in when it gets to that point the resume the print.

Note: I had to scale the model up on the X & Y axis by 1.5% to fit the washers due to tolerance issues I had.
