There can be variation in the width of the chisel handles.  I've included the parametric Fusion CAD file; modify to fit your measured dimensions.

Cut-safe gloves can save you from plunging the cheap chisels into your thumb.  Marking the chisel handles with Sharpie will help differentiate sets with slightly different handle sizes.
