If you've struggled to find a comfortable strap for your HDZero goggles, consider this. The strap is a Sunnylife TD78, and is sold on AliExpress and other markets. The addition of the top strap plus non-elastic straps allows one to shift a lot of the goggle's weight to the forehead contact point, where skin is thicker and less sensitive than other parts of your face.

This model provides attachment brackets that clamp to the HDZero goggle's strap slots. The strap can then be mounted to one of three heights, which you can experiment with on your setup. Personally I find the bottom mounting holes to be the most comfortable.

You will also need:

• 10x M2.5 x 3mm threaded inserts
• 4x M3 x 4mm threaded inserts
• 4x M3 x 8mm countersunk bolts
• 4x M2.5 x 8mm thumbscrews
• 2x small cable ties

To attach the top strap to the goggle, you can create a loop out of two cable ties and thread it through the fan cover. See attached photo, and here's a quick video showing how to remove the fan cover:
