Summary
Here's a nice little clone of an RSComponents fume extractor.

It is noisy but it works very well.
Checklist
- A fan !!! Be careful it's 230VAC !!!
- A fume extractor filter
- 4 M4*80mm screws (with bolts and washers)
- A 120*120mm fan grill cover
- A 3DPrinter
Be careful !
You must use a fan grill cover at the front and back of the fan, the fan is quite dangerous.
I decided to use a 230V AC fan so that I don't have to buy a power supply as well. 230V AC is very dangerous even at this low current, you must ground the fan chassis and protect every exposed 230V lines. Also, make sure the 230V is mechanically resistant (an accident can happend with wearing of the cable insulation).
Assemble it
You must follow the bellow stack from front to back.
- Front piece
- Middle piece
- Fan cover
- Fan itself
- Fan cover
- Back piece
Cut your filter at a 100*110mm size and install it.
Put the 4 screws.
Future updates
I added a fixing point at the back to be able to adapt it to an articulated arm.

Notes:
All the parts are done with 5% grid infill in Prusa Slicer.
Concerning the middle and back piece, I added an infill modifier (gyroïd 30%) at the legs joint to make them stiff. I also used support for these pieces.
