Cut off one of the ends of the cable, then peal off 2-3cm of the outer layer with a scissor and cut off all smaller cables except the red and black. Now gently peal off 1cm of the red and black cables until you reach the metal inside. Pass the cable through the hole on the side of the cup. Grab a LED and pull off the white piece, then pull out the inner LED (make shore it has 2 metal sticks coming out of it's bottom). solder or glue the metal coming from the red cable to the positive side of the LED and the black to the negative; now pull the cable until the LED is on the bottom of the cup.
