Summary
This clock has no needle the time is indicated by two rotating dials, one for the hours and one for the minutes. It is powered by a motor taken from a standard wall clock (the ones with the needles).
To read the time, look at the upper right number of each dial.

Surprisingly, the motor is powerful enough to carry all that plastic thing and since several years now. The AA battery lasts more than 6 months.

Print 5 planets:
- 3 for the epicyclic gearing
- 2 to hold the hours ring (left and right)
Only one single part is required for each other element.
Printing orientation:
- minute ring: upside down
- carrier frame: upside down
- wall clip: on one of the two long sides.

Assembly

The motor, a black box, goes inside the clip. I cannot suggest a specific model, since I got it by disassembling another wall clock bought in a shop. It is unlikely that a random motor can fit the clip. However the part is quiet simple to adjust. Otherwise glue can be used.

Mount the epicyclic ring tightly on the wall clip, glue is optional, I did not use any.

The sun is mounted tightly on the minutes axis and drives the clock.

Put one planet on each side of the epicyclic ring.

Put one planet on each axis of the carrier frame.

Place the three planets with the carrier frame between the sun and the ring.

Fit the minute dial on the sun axis, it holds everything together.

Hang the clock on the wall
- Put the hours diall, it is held by the two lateral planets and powered by the gear of the frame carrier.
