I created this Truchet tile in OpenSCAD so anyone willing can alter the .scad file or can download one of the .stl/.3mf files. 

If you want to change the script remember that the variable mx is the size of the squared tiled surface and the variable size is the size of one individual tile.

As an example I've added a coaster file (.3mf and .scad source file).
