A hexahexaflexagon is a six-sided hexaflexagon. I haven't seen a hexahexaflexagon print yet, but there have been several trihexaflexagon prints.
The pictures are of the 40mm version. I made the 80mm version after that, I suspect it flexes more easily just based on the height vs the width of each triangle. Please let me know how the 80mm one works if you print it.

Assembly instructions

Gather all your pieces.

This is the pattern for the strip of triangles that makes the flexagon. The short clips go between the triangles that have the same color.

Take your first piece. As a warning, if I were to do it over again, I would assemble the strip of triangles upside-down from this, so this first piece would be a purple one.

Hook the clips on the piece from underneath, with long clips on the left and short clips on the right.

Slide on the top piece. If doing this upside-down, this would be red.

Press the center key triangle into the assembly. It should be tight so it doesn't fall apart.

Hook the bottom of the next triangle onto the existing clips. (upside-down pattern: purple)

Hook long clips to the new face from underneath.

Slide on the top face. (upside-down: blue)

Put the key in place.

Repeat until you have used all the clips. You should have two faces left.

Fold it all up and see the pretty rainbow (optional). Then unfold it.

Fold the purple faces together and the orange faces together.

Set this side face up.

Fold the red faces together.

Fold the blue faces together.

Slide the last face in the same way as previous, then push the key in.

Enjoy your hexahexaflexagon!
