A repair for the simple plastic Ikea drawer sliders used in some of their older ranges; in my case I was repairing a 15 year old bedside cabinet.
The sliders have four pins 97mm apart (not all of these sliders are the same, so check!) and a channel for a securing pin. They are 320mm (ish) in length.
Lacking a printer that can go that long (even diagonally) I split the model into three sections, although I also provide the un-split model too.
I have glued the replacements in place, it would also be quite feasible to drill/screw or even nail them in place too. The 3d printed pins wont be strong enough in the long term so you will need to plan on some additional fixing.

Print as layed out in the model, I used Slic3r's 'ears' brims, some sort of brim is probably needed to keep it in place while printing. No support needed for the relatively short bridge between the side rails.
