This is a cable bend relief thing for the iXCC lightning cable. The ferrule is slightly larger than the Apple branded cables. Installation is straight forward.

How I Designed This ===================

This was created in Tinker CAD with the MetaCapsule shape generator as a key element. I created a model of the connector and cable then surrounded it with the pineapple shape and added a spring as a hole to get the final cable wrap.

I did expand the dimensions a bit (1mm in wide direction and 0.2mm in narrow direction) because of material shrinkage - YMMV.
