The lower part of the ratchet mechanism cracked preventing the clamp from working.

The modelled part follows the same design as the original with a few improvements:
   • Added chamfers to help spread the load
   • Walls made wider where the original failure occurred

Should be printed with multiple perimeters, 100% infill, with supports and on its side to align the layers with the force during use.

The Files include:
   • Clamp fix
   • Clamp fix with an added support plate. I was having trouble getting a smooth surface with traditional supports.
   • Editable STEP and F3D files to make it easier to fix similar ratcheting clamps.

To replace the part you need to remove two press fit pins. You can start removing them by pushing with a screwdriver and then use pliers to pull them out further. I also found undoing the bolt in the middle made it easier to access.
