Summary
This is a full size spinner designed for a 3 blade prop.
I put this together when I wanted to put a 3 blade prop on my P40 Warhawk. I found that the spinners of this size are no longer made so I designed my own.
It can be resized and modified. The Freecad source file is included.
I also included three different bases. I used brass inserts for mine, but you can also use sheet metal screws or nuts with the appropriate base.

Print the top part upright, point upwards.
Use Arcwelder on the STL file (or Octoprint) for best outcome. It reduced the 36mb G-Code file to 4mb and created a very smooth print.
Use supports "touching build plate" on the top part. I used a zig-zag pattern which worked great for me.
I used a skirt but you can use a brim instead if desired.
Increase number of walls until no infill is generated for the top. 5-6 walls should do.
For the bottom plate....
Use Arcwelder.
Turn OFF supports.
Brim not required but turn on "only on outside" if used. I did not use a brim, opting for a skirt instead.
Increase the number of walls so that center hub portion has no infill and/or set infill to 100%
Walls produces better strength so opt for that.
I used 12 walls, 16 top and 16 bottom layers
I used brass inserts as anchors, but I included a base design and file for screws and another for nuts.
I used 3mm Hex head screws and corresponding 3mm inserts.
This was designed for a three blade master airscrew prop but you can adjust the "blade_profile" sketch for other props.
You can change the curved part of first "Spinner_Profile" sketch to change the look of the spinner as you wish.
The prop should ONLY touch the thicker area of the base with the grooves and no where else when installed and tightened down.
The prop should not touch the alignment pins and top once tightened.
PLA can be used but PETG may be better for sun exposure and heat... of course you can just print another if you have issues!
I have provided my Cura .3mf files too. These permit you to open them as "projects" so you get all of my print settings.
I suggest that you first copy an existing profile and activate that. Then open the .3mf file. Cura will prompt you to allow the file to be opened as a project, accept that.
Cura will then tell you that it must "update" or create a new printer. Accept the latter.
This will apply changes to the profile copy you activated that reflect my own print settings. However Cura will also add another printer to your profiles. Just delete the extra printer.
