A very simple handlebar or rail shim for mounting accessories or brackets for a 25mm (1 inch) bar to 22mm motorcycle handlebars. Printing time is around 7 minutes per shim. They are thin enough to easily run a craft knife blade down, making a cut for sliding over the bar or for cutting into two parts if required to slide in afterwards.

Printed in PETG to resist UV and heat with a 0.4 nozzle. 

The scad file is included to amend sizes as needed. 

This is NOT a shim intended to use for the main mounting points of handlebars, it will not have the required strength. Use is for accessories or additional switches etc.
