WARNING looks nice but much room for improvement here.
– the sliding parts are too loose.
– gluing is an unsatisfactory solution
– one part movable would likely suffice

To sharpen the blade and polish the channel both can be slid out and are easily accessible with files or sanding paper. The sliding also should permit adjustment for maximum loudness. (It needs to be tweaked since at the moment it is loudest on the maximally open position)

This whistle is designed in such a way that no flat top printing surfaces are visible to the internal chamber meaning that even if your flow settings are a bit too low the chamber will still be properly airtight. It's made out of two half-shells to avoid any internal overhangs.

Instructions

Print the two mirror symetric halves the channel and the blade.
Use full support for the channel and outer support for the blade !!
Use a short piece of 3mm diameter filament to lock the two halves together.
Additionally use a bit glue to seal the seam.
Take care not to get the glue on the outside surface (ugly)
Stick channel and blade into the main shell. File a bit.
Start whistling.
