This screws into the side of  a piece of foam core for hanging. It's  best to print at a low layer height to preserve the cutting edge of the screw. The prusa seems to do well with interlayer bonding, but you can improve it by slanting the print at an angle so the layer lines aren't perpendicular to  the screw length.
