This is a case for Foster Grant folding reading glasses.  They fold pretty small but still want to protect them in my pocket.  I took the original and reduced the scale.  I also modified the holes for the magnets because that was the size I could find locally.  The magnet holes are for 3x3mm magnets.  I am using a cut off rivet cut off for a pin (the hole is 2mm).  I used a drop of super glue on the end of the pin and for the magnets. Photos show original case for comparison.  This is v2 as I made another version that was just chopped up.  Not as pretty but it worked.  Printed with supports.
