We all know the ships in a bottle, but how do you put a (hard) printed message or even a 3D model inside a bottle?

It can be removed almost the same way it came in.

Manual how to do this yourself you can find here: under [Other files] as PDF!

Included as a model is a card with the message I put in the bottle, and a blank card where you can add your own text.

Print in PLA and use 2 contrasting colors for clear text.

Set Fill Angle to 0° so that fill lines are only horizontal and vertical! (to prevent twisting)

The bottle I used had a bottle neck inside of Ø18,9mm

p.s. your are not limited to messages alone! If your print is thin enough you can put anything inside!

It was a very tight fit and I don't think he will ever come out again!
