After having shield production grind to a halt over lack of elastic or rubber bands, I designed this simple "adjust and bend" band for the Prusa and DtM-style face shield frames. Simply print and pull the shield onto the frame using the Prusa (larger) or DtM (smaller) slots at the ends. Feed the smaller strap through the slots in the larger. Adjust to size, bend and cut the strap or clip into place

Print with 0.2mm layer height. PETG works well for flexibility. Nozzles from 0.4-0.8mm work well.
