this is my first model, so feedback is welcome. 

Tolerances are 0.03MM. There is a sacrificial edge along the spine of the blade that gets worn in the first few times you use it. This makes for a snug fit. If you dip the main body into water heated to about 85 degrees Celsius immediately before first assembly it will help the pieces mate fir smooth operation and improve surface quality. I found this produces a better result. After using a few times it wears in. If it was not tight enough during initial assembly, it results in more play than I was comfortable with.
