The locking knobs on my Buzz Bike Rack were starting to fail, which seems to be a common problem with most bike racks, and I didn't feel like spending $20 for replacements that will also fail and use different keys, so I went ahead and created this knob as a replacement.
I simply customized the OpenSCAD file from the original, which I have attached.
Obviously, it doesn't lock, but I would never trust the knobs for security, anyways.
Prints without supports, and you can press in a regular M6 nut. This will fit other brands of bike racks, as long as they use an m6x1.00 thread. I printed this in PLA and it seems to stand up just fine, but it's stored inside most of the time.
