I didn't make just like that, sans I had some compounded lagging around.

1x Boost Buck Voltage LM2577S

2x LM2596 DC-DC, one for the fan, and some light effect, and the other one for the 5 volt USB and the to socket.

4x (2 red and 2 black) 4mm Banana Female Jack Socket Panel Mount Binding Post Connector

2x Volume Control Rotary Knobs, and a littel pis of pipe to make it fit the Precision WXD3-13-2W
