I apologize, I found all kinds of surface errors in the Extruder Mount file. Sorry if you had trouble slicing it. And I forgot to downsize the Tensioner Bearing mounting hole. This one is clean. Thanks.

A direct drive j-head mount that can be mounted on 8mm and 10mm X carriages listed.
Includes tensioner arm. Standard Nema 17 motor mount. I don't use a tensioner spring but you can add one. Tensioner arm may need to be printed on it's side with support So I've added that file separately. Depending on how tightly your j-head mounts you may need to sand the clamp face a little. Uses a 14mm OD bearing on the tensioner. I left the screw hole small so that you can drill and tap it per your bearings ID. Main mounting holes are for 8-32 button heads. Clamp holes are for 6-32's. Tensioner arm uses a 4-40 and an 8-32.

Prints well @ 60mm/sec.

Drill and tap j-head mounting holes 6-32, tensionr arm pivot hole 4-40 and tensioner tightening hole 8-32.Be sure that tensioner tightening screw does not bottom on filament.If printing with PLA make sure to oil tap and go slow. Heat can damage threads.
