t's a very simple passthrough object. I chose a gear as the spiral because it seemed interesting and fun.

Filament used for body: Blue PLA by Creality

Filament used for spiral: Yellow PLA by Creality

Main Settings: 

1) A brim is used for the spiral. I used a 5mm brim with a .1mm separation gap.

2) No supports

3) 15% Gyroid infill for both objects.

The rest of the settings are pretty standard. All you really need is a finely tuned printer.
