I was having trouble finding a Sony E adapter short enough to get the 53.6mm backfocus my coma corrector wants (without tilt), so remixed this Sony E mount adapter to include a M48x0.75 female threaded barrel with enough threads for adjusting the length when paired with a metal male threaded barrel & set ring. I'll likely keep a E-mount spacer attached to avoid mating/unmating the 3D printed parts, but this provides a nice stable mount for my camera with enough adjustment to completely remove coma.

Recommend 0.1mm layer height to get sufficient detail on the thread pitch. Elephant foot (expanded first layers) may need post-processing/trimming to initially thread, depending on print quality. No supports needed.
