Filament unwinder
The object of this device is to limit the effort used to unwind the filament by exerting a force opposed to gravity during unwinding.
The filament must exit in the lower part of its spool and pass in the upper part of the drum (see image in the file).
Assembly requires W6001 (12 / 28-8) ball bearings.
Drum can be made from standard PVC tube diam. 100mm; 70mm long.
Note: This device, as well as the purchase of a glass bed, made the functioning of my CREALITY ENDER 3D printer completely reliable (for my basic use with PLA).
