also PLA creeps, yeah PLA is a creep ;p so it will loosen snaps over time. Better use ABS or PETG

60p plate is all you need scaled to 60%. This is probably the smallest option to successfully print on a 0.4mm nozzle. Generally.. I dare you ;p
