Box external sizes: 95x85x42

It's not necessary to use supports, only few small bridges for the hinges (it was easily done by my old Ender 3). Hinges tolerance was well calculated and tested, so it works quite smooth for my not very accurate printer)).

Box and cover to be printed separately and then connected gently together. So you don't need any screws or pegs or etc.
