The threaded inserts have a tendency to come out rather easily.  The M3 captive nut is a better solution IMHO.  For print settings I followed Sienci's advise on printing their components found here.  Specifically I used a .6 nozzle with 3 perimeters and 6 on the floor and ceiling.
