Replacement block for OKIN JLDQ-12B linear actuator.

After having this part break on both our chair AND half the couch... replacement actuator assemblies are $90 on Amazon, and the block is not available as a separate part.

Files included are the "original" style block, a slightly simplified version (less exterior detail) as well as a "thread test" part if you want check for tolerance and fitment before printing the entire part.

I ran this using Inland PLA+ but the original part was some kind of Nylon, so I'm sure that might be preferable for longevity.

I turned on supports, only for touching the build plate & blocked those around the edges, as the detail is small enough that it printed fine. You just need to support the threads in the center section.
