My plan is to try a “lost wax” cast using aluminum. I printed this, scaled down in the x and y (or up a bit in the Z direction). Then glued it down and poured plaster over it. I then used a heat gun to turn the print rubbery and pull it out. I will then melt some aluminum and pour it in.
