This one is inspired by Bukvawood.
You can cut out the nib holder from a tin jar and make a flange with pliers. Tin strip is designed to be 12mm wide and should be glued in the body (see the picture).

Best orientation for me was vertically and with the nib on top. Results in very little fuss with supports and sanding afterwards. Still make sure your initial support can hold the weight of the whole pen and handle vibrations.
I tried printing with 50% infill, but it makes no sense, as the resin still stays inside. I don't want to make the model completely hollow - this way if feels solid in hand.
