This is a badge holder that does not require supports and fits right off the build plate.
This particular design has the Binary-6 logo stamped out of it.

This requires pretty tight tolerances as the cards only have very little contact area with the supportless grooves.

This model does not use .stl files that fit together, but rather use the logo itself as a modifier for PrusaSlicer. See attached 3mf.
