This is just a new toolhead cover I designed for use with a 5015 fan for KLP1 230.

No supports

2 M3 screws 

2 heatstake brass inserts

5015 fan

If you are using the THR board you will need to cut and splice the original fan wire to connect to the board, unless you have the right type of JST connector. Im pretty sure they are smaller than the XH.

Print All Parts

Heat stake the two holes on back of cover

Splice or re-pin 5015

Slide the fan shroud into the 5015 fan

The cover has alignment pins for the 5015 and shroud, set fan and shroud on alignment pins as one unit

Take the Fan Tie downs and place over fan/heat stakes 

Install two M3 screws

Install toolhead cover
