2 sets of toe clamps - i am planning to CNC these from 20mm aluminium bar stock. I need these for my genmitsu 3020 CNC machine so the sizes are made for the holes on the bed, which have a strange hole distance of 54mm centre to centre of m6 holes. Bare in mind that the 6mm holes ARE 6mm rather than any allowance as i prefer a tight fit.

I printed these in PC.

Set 1: 20mm height, and width, 6mm hole, 2 lengths of clamp fixture with holes measuring 33mm and 63mm. Uses a 45degree angle for the clamp. Gutter bolt is flush but Allen bolt is only slightly recessed.

Set 2: Low profile 10mm height, 20mm width, Same 2 lengths. Uses 30degree angle but has no recess for the bolt head
