simple setup also great for kids

cut the bottom of a baloon and put it over the cylinder 
place the outer cylinder and slide it in to keep the balloon in place
happy drumming!

make sure to scale the drum to 70%(optional)
if u print it bigger make sure u have bigger balloons to use.
sticks are optional

will take 1-2 hours to print on ender 3 pro
