How I Designed This
In Tinkercad, I imported
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3051355
and
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4862154
The meshes were too large for Tinkercad, so I used
https://myminifactory.github.io/Fast-Quadric-Mesh-Simplification/
Then I cut off what I didn't need, and merged the parts.
