CNC Tramming tool. I printed something similar from here by ex-nerd a long while back it worked okay but the rod holes were a bit wonky for the rods I used. So I modeled this from scratch in Fusion the way I thought it should be and capped the holes on opposing sides. I had some stainless steel rod from a salvaged printer that was roughly 6mm. Cut them to about 58-60mm. I printed it 4 perimeters with 20% infill in Sunlu Pla+. No supports. Very stout, no flex and tight fit for the metal rods. I’ve included the fusion file so you can make changes to suit your needs. Prints flat side down with no supports. I hope this helps whoever has a need for this. And please let me know what you think.
