I took the Creality file that is included with the sonic pad that applies to the Ender3V2 and lowered the mounting surface for the CR touch to allow a Spider V1 hotend to clear the build plate. I printed it on its side with supports - printing it on its back resulted in a weaker part as the layers then sit parallel to the build plate, allowing the sensor to have greater lateral movement and in my case allowing a heavy-handed assembler to snap off the top part threading in a screw.

It is noteworthy that printing in either of those orientations will prevent XY compensation settings from adjusting the hole size for the fasteners, so some post print processing will be required depending on printer settings/accuracy.
