This model is a duster nozzle (8 mm exit diameter) that works with my more 3D-printing-friendly custom nozzle attachment method for the Ryobi P738 inflator (FDM nozzles replicating Ryobi's design tend to split along layer lines over time).
Two versions are included, one with grip fins to ease tightening, and one without. STEP versions are provided for all models.
You can also generate your own custom nozzle, just change the exit diameter and height on the upper left under “Configurations”, then right-click the model you want (with wings or smooth) and choose “Export” and select the format to save (most people will want “STL”).
As fits will vary from printer to printer, if you wish to fine tune the lock-up position of the finned nozzle, a bit extra material was added to the bottom. Simple file or sand it until the lock-up orientation is what you're after (I like the fins vertical). Go slow and test the fit as you go so as not to overshoot.
I had good luck printing this in PLA with two 0.9 mm walls from a 0.6 mm nozzle. No supports are required.
